Rinse has extensive experience and knowledge in legal administration and anthropological research work spanning nearly two decades obtained as a result of his involvement in public, private and civil society organisations. He started off as a second language instructor at Ranche House College in 1990. In 1999 he joined the Ministry of Justice, Civil Division as typist stenographer and became a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director of that Division. In 2002 he joined Gollop & Blank as a PA and later joined Zanj Financial Services as a financial analyst. In 2006 he joined Econet Wireless as a PA to the General Counsel and left in 2008 to pursue a legal career at the University of Limpopo (UL), South Africa where he obtained his BA (cum laude) and LLB. In 2014 Rinse, joined the Ministry of Justice as a law officer in the Legal Aid Directorate, heading the Mutare Office. In October 2014, he re-joined Econet as a Legal Administration Officer and left after a year to join Comm Trans Group as a Consultant.
